Many customers are let down by the management of their cleaning service. Perhaps you never see an Area Manager or Contracts Manager checking that everything is running smoothly on your site? Perhaps you never hear from them?
Our Directors visit contracts regularly and have a high visible presence on each site. They check that everything agreed upfront in the work schedule is being carried out and our high standards are consistently being maintained. In fact, don't be surprised if you see our Directors with sleeves rolled up getting stuck in!
We recognise how important it is to have clear and open dialogue with our customers. We like to maintain regular contact with each customer and we welcome informal feedback as much as we welcome feedback from our more formal Quality Audit Assessments. Communications Books are placed on each site to maintain regular contact between the cleaner, customer representative and Directors.
If any issues arise you have our assurance that we will do everything possible to resolve them within 24 hours.
Our Staff
Our staff play a huge role in making our company successful. We feel that to maintain our quality standards, it is essential to appoint dedicated cleaning staff to each site, rather than having a different cleaner each time. This not only allows our staff to get to know the site but also provides the customer with a sense of continuity. Our staff are professional and approachable and should fit in easily within your surroundings. All our staff are:
- Fully trained, insured and are required to wear our company uniform.
- Introduced to each customer contact and other key members of staff on site.
- Required to work their entire shift. Our Directors carry out random spot checks to ensure this is adhered to.
- Required to give adequate notice of absence from work. We recognise that when staff go on holiday or call in sick that this can leave a contract with little or no cleaning. We ensure that holidays are covered and when staff are off sick, where absence is advised, cover will be provided. See our Q&A page for further information.
- Fully trained and briefed to the cleaning tasks on each site. We undertake a full training assessment of each member of staff and provide ongoing training as part of our 12 week induction programme which is continually reviewed as part of our Performance Development System. Staff are fully trained in Health & Safety and the safe use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
