Our Directors visit contracts regularly and have a high visible presence on each site. They check that everything agreed upfront in the work schedule is being carried out and high standards are consistently being maintained. In fact, don't be surprised if you see our Directors with sleeves rolled up getting stuck in!
We recognise how important it is to have clear and open dialogue with our customers. We like to maintain regular contact with each customer and will agree upfront an appropriate communications approach. We ask each customer to complete a Quality Audit Assessment on a regular basis (frequency agreed at outset of contract) and we place a Communications Book on each site to maintain regular contact between the cleaner, customer representative and Directors.
If any issues arise you have our assurance that we will do everything possible to resolve them within 24 hours.
Relief Staff
We recognise that when cleaning staff go on holiday or are off sick for any period of time this can leave a contract with either little or no cleaning cover at all.
We ensure that where cleaning staff notify us of absence in advance, relief staff are arranged and, if necessary, are inducted to the work required on site. Where cleaning staff provide little or no notice of absence, we will provide relief cover as soon as possible but no later than the following working day. Alternatively, we will arrange for other cleaning staff on site to work additional hours to cover duties at no additional cost to the customer.
Training & Development of Staff
As a company, we set ourselves extremely high standards, and we expect these standards to be followed through across all areas of our work by all of our staff. Our cleaning staff are carefully selected and undergo a full training assessment when they start with the company. Ongoing training is provided as part of our 12 week induction programme and training is continuously reviewed and provided as part of our Performance Development System.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our employees as well as staff and visitors on our customers' sites is of paramount importance to us. Our health and safety practices are clearly documented and outlined in our Health and Safety Policy a copy of which is available within our Site Manuals. Site Manuals are placed on every site and are available for cleaning staff and the customer representative. Manuals also include documentation relating to:

In addition to the above, we ensure that all our equipment and machinery is PAT (Portable Appliance Tested) tested regularly.
We have comprehensive insurance cover which includes Public Liability up to £1m, Employers Liability of up to £10m and cover for the loss of keys/replacement of locks.
