All our procedures, including health & safety documentation, is clearly identified and outlined within our Site Manual. Site Manuals are placed on every site and are available for cleaning staff and customer representatives.

We always follow strict colour coding standards and ensure that all our mops, buckets, cloths, etc, comply with our policies and are in line with the recommendations made by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSs). Colour coding is essential to reduce the risk of cross contamination ie different coloured materials are used in different areas. All our staff are trained in the use of cleaning materials and storage of items after use.
