We are proud to say that since our company started we have never lost a customer as a result of poor cleaning services.
Our two Operations Directors have over 30 years combined experience working in the contract cleaning industry. We set up Shine Cleaning Solutions because we knew that customers felt disappointed with the service they received from other national and regional companies in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. We place a high emphasis on providing a proactive management approach and clear communication with our customers and most importantly, we understand how important it is to be flexible and respond to our customers' ever changing business needs.
Our goal is to provide 'quality, service and value for money'. We want to remove the hassle of arranging your cleaning services and manage every aspect on your behalf.

Our Directors oversee every aspect of our business, enabling us to provide a personalised, high quality and reliable cleaning service at a competitive cost.
At Shine Cleaning Solutions, we provide our customers with a tailored quotation and work schedule based on individual site requirements. Each site is individually assessed and costed during a site visit which one of our Operations Directors will undertake. This ensures that our customers only pay for the level and frequency of service that they require and are not overcharged for something they may not need. Our work schedules outline the level of cleaning to be undertaken on your premises and are agreed in advance of any work being undertaken. Of course we understand that business needs can change and we work with our customers to adapt to their requirements and can change the level of cleaning, frequency, etc, should this be required.
Our fully uniformed staff are our company's greatest asset and are dedicated to providing a 1st class cleaning service to our customers. We pride ourselves on having a low staff turnover, attributing this to good pay (above national minimum wage rates), good working conditions, thorough training and induction, on-going supervision, and reward and recognition for a job well done.
